Engel & Volkers grows in Hua Hin

After entering Thailand just over a year ago, the German luxury real-estate brokerage Engel & Volkers is ready to expand with the opening of a new office in Hua Hin. The company opened its first office in Phuket in late 2005. Martin Phillips, the holder of a master franchise licence for Southeast Asia and Australia, said more licences would be awarded to selected partners for offices in Bangkok by the third quarter of this year.
